How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed by 4:00 pm ET Monday-Friday will be processed the same day.  Orders placed outside that window will go out the next operating shipping day.


Our current transit speeds are

99.6% - 2-Day Transit speed

72.5% - 1-Day Transit Speed


We have 9 privately held warehouses carefully selected throughout the USA to maximize delivery speeds.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Nope.  If you've provided a PO Box as your delivery address when placing an order, we'll contact you to rectify the address before shipping the item. This may result in delays.

Notification that the order was canceled when I did not cancel?

Sometimes we need to update tracking shipments.  When this happens and we "cancel" the old tracking number and sometimes an automated email is sent that the "order or shipment was canceled".  Rest assured your order is not canceled or delayed and the tracking number is just being updated.  We will update the new tracking number at the end of the shipping day and you should see it in transit later that day.

Order not shipped yet - Incorrect ship to address

If your address information is incorrect or outdated, and your item has not yet been shipped (no tracking number issued), we recommend promptly canceling the order and placing a new one with the accurate address.

Order in transit - Incorrect ship to address

If your address is wrong or outdated and your item is in transit but not yet delivered, please contact us immediately to update it with the carrier.

How to I redeem my Bubble Bucks?

Bubble Bucks can be redeemed for coupon codes starting when the customer has received 500 bubble bucks.


Some common redemptions are as follows:

500 Bubble bucks = $5.00 discount code

1000 Bubble Bucks = $10.00 discount code

5000 Bubble Bucks = $50.00 discount code


Codes should be used in totality as soon as they are redeemed to avoid loss of the code.

The package says delivered today but I don't see it.

No worries, we see this all the time.  Sometimes the carrier marks it "delivered" before they drop it off.  Most of the time it is then delivered later in the evening the same day or the following day.  If you have a consistent issue with that carrier, please let us know right away and we can submit a research claim.

I only received part of my order - Is the rest on the way?

If you have multiple shipments, you can quickly check all of your tracking numbers to each order when signed in and going to "account" and then clicking "My Orders".  Or you can just click here.  If you have received all shipments and your order is still not complete, please reach out by clicking the "Contact Us" under the order that is in question.  As highlighted and shown below.


SINGLE SHIPMENT

If you only have 1 shipment for your order, and your order is not complete, please reach out by clicking the "Contact Us" under the order that is in question.  As highlighted and shown below.  Click here to get to your order history.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status under "account" and then go to "My orders".  Or you can just click here

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

The package says delivered and it has been over 48 hours and I do not see it. Help!

No worries help is on the way and thanks for waiting the 48 hours!  Our Carriers require us to wait 48 hours before we are able to put in a "research package claim".  Please contact us with the Order ID and we will reply with a "Case #" so we can team up on getting you your package, or another one out so your covered!

I only received part of my order and all shipments are delivered.

If all of your shipments are delivered, and you are still missing items, please reach out with photos so we can quickly get you set.  No need to unbox or remove it from the bag it was shipped in because we are usually able to identify issues while it is still in its original packaging.

Click the "Contact Us" under the order that is in question.  As highlighted and shown below.  Click here to go to your order history.  Make sure photos are attached to expedite a resolution.

Can I exchange an item?

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.
